This brass pyx will be a beautiful container for consecrated host for those taking Holy Communion to people outside of church. The lid is embellished with a Jerusalem cross and has a hinged lid that fastens securely shut with a clasp. In keeping with the high standards of the Catholic Church, the pyx is finished in a 24-karat gold plate. Because of this, the Blessed Sacrament is reverently stored, touched only by precious materials. The pyx will accommodate up to six hosts. The pyx measures two inches by 5/8 inches and is made in Italy.
