Just as beautiful as i wanted.I purchased this to replace the one that broke during a wind storm by the Grotto at St.Williams Catholic church here in Cincinnati. I I'm very happy with it..
I bought the blue and the purple globes. Both look nice using the 6" round brass altar sanctuary lamp base (21647). The only reason I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars is because the base of the globe has a rounded hump which means that a 7 day candle sleeve will not sit properly in the globe without leaning to the side. It was easily fixed, however, by simply pouring a little sand in the base which the candle sleeve can be imbedded so that it stands fully upright.
If you're looking for a simple replacement for your sanctuary globe glass, this is it. Zieglers shipped quickly and securely packaged it well. I'll happily purchase this again here if the need arises.
