This pyx is adorned with a finely detailed celtic cross.     This pyx; a number 2, and a number one I bought at an earlier date are top notch! I don't see you getting a nicer one for no more than these cost, and they are U.S. Made! The number 1(smallest one) has a clasp, but you must pick the lid up to open it. No big deal. The number 2(holds up to 8 hosts I think) also has a clasp, but when you push it the lid springs up about a few 8ths of an inch to make it easier for the priest to get it open. I am completely satisfied, and this was my second purchase here, so that's self explanatory.
