This pyx is made from genuine leather and lined in a velveteen fabric. The cord is made from a durable viscose yarn, giving it ease of use as well as strength. Because the leather is supple, it will stretch slightly to fit a larger pyx, though the recommended pyx size is 2-3/4 inches. The case measures 3-1/4 inches by 3-1/2 inches and has a Celtic cross on the front flap just above its snap closure.
