I have used your self-Lite Charcoal for many years at my previous church. At my current church I was asked to institute incense into the service and I immediately purchased your product again. It is super easy to light, burns incense well , and the briquets rarely break apart when handling them.

Easy to lite but you must be careful because when first lighting the sparks jump up at you other than that really great

The product was what was expected. The packaging did not protect the box inside and several of the charcoals were busted.

inconsistent quality - sometimes east to light, sometimes hard. sometimes burns faster, sometimes slower. Still it's the best that I've tried. (Maybe I expect too much.)
