The chalice features a grape and leaf repoussé motif on the node and a green enameled cross on the base. The cup and base are hand hammered and the chalice is given a two-tone silver and 24-karat gold plate finish.
The chalice stands seven inches high. The cup measures 4-5/8 inches in diameter. It has a generous liquid capacity of sixteen ounces.
