Scenes from the life of Christ are beautifully depicted on this Celtic chest style tabernacle. Each scene comes in either a hand-painted with enamel and fired or in an all metal setting to achieve its beautiful luster. An image of the Pantocrator rests amidst the symbols representing the Four Evangelists. The Alpha and Omega flank a cross and enamel cabochons offer additional touches of bright color. Celtic style embellishments adorn the tabernacle.
The tabernacle is pictured here resting upon a tabor. You may order the tabernacle from the F.C. Ziegler Company with or without the tabor. The tabor measures 4-3/8 inches high by 26-3/8 inches wide and 13-3/8 inches deep. You may also choose to order this tabernacle with a silver or twenty-four karat gold plate finish in place of the colored enamel.
