We are grateful for your continued support and are working diligently every day to handle and prepare an abundance of orders for shipment. Once prepared, we rely on third-party delivery partners to get your orders to you as quickly as possible.

Regarding Ziegler Shipping:

We use UPS and USPS at our discretion to provide the best service available. Please note that USPS has been experiencing delays that are beyond our control. If you need an item by a specific date, we recommend selecting a guaranteed delivery service such as UPS Next Day, 2nd Day, or 3rd Day for timely delivery. Keep in mind that UPS has suspended its "Service Guarantee," which you can read more about by clicking here.

Delivery Types & Costs

Calculate Your Delivery Charges Online! Did you know the F.C. Ziegler Company website can calculate your delivery costs online? Just proceed to checkout to see the delivery charges for the items currently in your shopping cart. Our site calculates actual delivery fees based on destination, so you need to plug-in your zip code for us to generate the freight amount. Note: These are the fees that are charged for orders placed online.

Same-Day Service

We aim to impress you with our fast and accurate service. If your Web order is received by 2 p.m. C.T. and is in stock, we will make sure delivery starts that same day! And, if you request any type of express delivery service through UPS or USPS, you receive same-day service, right up until 2 p.m. on in stock items. Same-day guarantee applies to UPS and USPS deliveries only and does not include orders received during weekend or holiday hours.

Ziegler’s Standard Shipping

Our most popular delivery service! We use USPS or UPS at our discretion to make sure you get your product in an efficient manner. Most orders ship from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Ziegler's standard estimated shipping times are valid only for the United States. Should you select this service and you are not within the 50 states then a longer shipping times is estimated due to customs and other shipper issues that arise.

International Shipping

We can and do ship to across the world from time to time  when need be however you may notice Ziegler shipping come up as an option for your international order but this is not indicative of the final shipping amount you will be charged. You should receive a notice via phone or email of the final shipping amount in no less than 24 hours. Customer will be responsible for custom and duties fees where applicable. Expedited Shipping 

We offer a variety of expedited shipping options, including 2nd Day Air, 3-Day Select, and Next Day Air, to ensure your order arrives when you need it. Keep in mind the following details:

  • Shipping Timeframes: Expedited options refer to business days only (Monday-Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays. The day your order ships is not included in the delivery estimate.
  • Order Cutoff Times: Orders placed after 2 p.m. CT on business days, or over weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.
  • In-Stock Items Only: Expedited shipping applies to items we have in stock at the time of your order.
  • Next Day Air on Fridays: If you need Saturday delivery, please call us directly, as UPS applies special rates for Saturday service.

For oversized or restricted items, additional limitations may apply. If you have special requests or questions about your delivery, please indicate them in the Order Notes at checkout, and we’ll follow up promptly.

Local Pick Up/Site-to-Store

Would you like to pick up your products in one of our retail stores? Try our newest shipping option - Local Pickup! We have combined the ease of shopping online and the convenience site-to-store shipping! If you are within the boundaries of one of our retail stores this shipping option will populate for you. Because this is a shipping option that we offer at no charge to our customers we will contact you when your order 100% complete and ready to pick. We may contact you to let you know that some items are available for pick up now but majority of the time you will be contacted when your order is ready. Should you need your items by a deadline we suggest you choose one of our other shipping options mentioned above.

You will have 45 Days from first notification, after that the order will be converted to a gift certificate. Contact retail store for claiming and redeeming the gift certificate.

We do not ship to any third party courier services intending to reship your order. Should shipping or billing questions arise and we are unable to contact you with the information provided we reserve the right to cancel and refund your order.

 

Returns and Exchanges: 

Of course we at the F.C. Ziegler Company want nothing more than your satisfaction when you shop with us! So we have the following return policy in place to help you should you need to make a return or an exchange. 

For Web and In-Store Purchases: 

  • (Store)You have 30 days from the purchase date to receive an exchange, return or store credit .
  • Special items, items that are not in our inventory, are all sales final.
  • (Web) You have 30 days from the shipment date to receive an exchange, return, or store credit.
  • We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • After the 30 days is up you are only eligible for an exchange or store credit.
  • The items must be in saleable condition in order to obtain the above.
  • Some items might be ineligible for a return. Please ask your friendly customer service representative should you have questions about your purchase.

Zieglers (Self-Service)Return Instructions- 

  • Simply login to your account.
  • View the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu.
  • Click the Return Item(s) button.
  • We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

 

Please note for items that are on sale and purchased at any time on this website are All Sales Final and nonrefundable.
