This strikingly beautiful covered ciborium is designed to pair with the Tassilo chalice, a reproduction of the famed chalice belonging to Duke Tassilo III of Bavaria. The ciborium features images of The Pantocrator, The Blessed Mother, Saint Paul of Tarsus, Saint John the Baptist, Saint Theodore, and The Four Evangelists along with their symbols. It is inscribed with the words, "Per Ipsum Cum Ipso In Ipso", Latin for, "Through Him, With Him, In Him". This design comes from the Artistic Silver Molina Collection of Spain.
This ciborium, made available to you by the F.C. Ziegler Company will have a two-tone silver and 24-karat gold plate finish and the inner cup will be lined with twenty-four karat gold. The ciborium measures 8-1/4 inches high and has a bowl diameter of five inches. It will accommodate two hundred host.
