Welcome to the world of Tiny Saints! What a great way to get children interested in learning about the lives of the Saints. These charms can be added to many things like, backpacks, lunch boxes, rosaries, and add to any necklace or bracelet! Enjoy collecting the Tiny Saints.
Clare was encouraged by her dear friend, St. Francis of Assisi, toward a religious life of poverty and piety. In the year 1244, Emperor Frederick II attacked Clare's convent walls. Clare held the Eucharist high and prayed. The soldiers miraculously fled! God allowed Clare, during a long illness, to see daily Mass "projected" on her wall so she could still participate. Today, the Poor Clare's still follow their founder's example of faith, simplicity and joy.
