The Corpus resting upon the cross of this Crucifix is made of Pewter, as is the scroll marked with INRI at the top. The cross is made from olive wood, given slightly beveled edges, and finished in its natural color. Olive wood is significant in that the cross that Christ was crucified upon was made of olive wood. This Crucifix, measuring ten inches, is imported from Italy.
